Yes, all our products are vegan & cruelty free.
- What's the expiry date for See My Curls products?

Our products have an expiration of months (9M) after opening and if unopened then 18 months. You'll also find the BN (Batch Number) located on each product label.
- Do you use any fragrances?

No. We only use pure and natural essential oils to lightly scent our products. Our scent range are fragrance free/unscented and scented (specific scents are listed on each product listing & product). Our baby range is unscented & mildly scented.
- How are the shipping costs calculated?

Our Australian parcels are calculated by weight and you can choose STANDARD or EXPRESS shipping. Use code: FREE SHIP (standard shipping) for orders over $120.
- How do your Monthly Drops work?

At See My Curls®, we have always hand-crafted our products in small batches to ensure premium quality and maximum ingredient potency. To align our artisan process with a sustainable shipping routine, we fulfill all orders via a structured Monthly Drop cycle. Our online store remains open for shopping 24/7, but instead of shipping continuously, we group our hand-formulated products and accessories into one dedicated, hyper-fresh production and shipping cycle each month.
- When is the cut-off date to get into the current month's batch?

Our order window closes on the 7th of every month at midnight.
- If you order on or before the 7th: Your order is included in the current month's formulation batch and will ship on the 15th.
- If you order on or after the 8th: Your order is securely locked into the following monthly drop.
- When will my order ship?

All monthly drop orders are carefully packaged and dispatched together on or before the 15th of the month.
- Can I order accessories (combs, scrunchies, bonnets) at any time?

Yes! You can purchase accessories whenever you like. However, to remain sustainable and minimize our packaging waste, if you purchase an accessory alongside a hair or skin formulation, your entire order will be bundled and shipped together in our monthly dispatch on the 15th.
- Can I change or cancel my pre-order?

You can change or cancel your order anytime before the 7th of the month (prior to our formulation batch beginning). Once the 7th passes and we begin hand-crafting your products, orders cannot be altered or cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address.
- When will I receive my tracking information?

The exact moment your fresh batch is completed, labeled, and handed over to the courier (on or before the 15th), an automated email containing your tracking link will be sent straight to your inbox (check spam inbox) and also to your account (if you initially set one up). Be sure to follow the tracking information and adjust notification details as needed.
