Refund & Return Policy
We are confident that you'll love our products as much as we do. Our handmade, natural & organic products are freshly made in small batches are of a high quality and standard.
If you are new to See My Curls, we strongly advice you to shop our sample size packs or from our wide range of starter/ trial packs before buying our big regular sizes/ packs.
Change of Mind
If however, you change your mind, then you are more than welcome to return (within 14 days) the item/s for a store credit. Please note the following conditions....
- Contact us (info@seemycurls.com.au) within 1-2 days with your reason and photographic evidence of item/s.
- Confirm the item/s have not been opened and are in their original packaging with seals intact. Confirm you have attached the receipt of your order so we can see the item/s were a full priced purchase (combo packs, 'on sale' & with discounts sales are final and therefore non refundable/ no store credit).
- Confirm you will post the item/s asap to [SEE MY CURLS] with tracking so we can track & receive it within 14 days (you may need to express post).
- Confirm item/s will be securely packed & shipping charges will be covered by you as we take no responsibilities for damaged or lost parcels during transit.
Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and inform you of our decision. If successful (item/s are in their original packaging, unmarked and not damaged due to poor parcel packaging) a store credit will be created for you.
Exchange
If however, for any reason you would like to exchange for another item, then you are more than welcome to return the item/s. Please note the following conditions....

Incorrect Items
We double and even triple check that we send you the correct items as per order. If by chance this is not so, then please accept our apology in advance. Please contact us within 1-2 days of the delivery of your items. Please take photographic evidence and send it to info@seemycurls.com.au with a copy of your receipt, so we can inform you of the next step for returning the item/s.
Faulty/ Damaged Items
We ensure that your items are securely packed. Please inspect your items once received. If your items arrived damaged please contact us within 1-2 days of delivery. Take photographic evidence and notify us at info@seemycurls.com.au with a copy of your receipt so we can inform you of the next step.

How to submit a return request
- Click the profile icon in our store navigation
- Login to your account.
- In the email field, enter your email address and then click continue.
- In your email account, open the mail sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
- Go back to our online store and then enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you wan to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for us and if applicable include photographic evidence.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned and approved we'll notify you and begin the refund process.
