    We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase as after that your order may have already been processed and shipped.

Please be aware that See My Curls will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided. If you are unsure which address you provided when you placed your order, please check your order of confirmation and by all means, contact us asap to make amendments. PLEASE note that once your parcel has been dispatched/shipped we are UNABLE to make any changes. The good news is that, you can track your parcel and contact your local post office (in your country or state) and provide your tracking ID and arrange for the delivery of your parcel.     Order Tracking Number
    ALL orders will have a tracking number so you can track the journey of your parcel. You can also follow the link to 'TRACK YOUR ORDER'.

    My Tracking Has Been Delivered but I haven't Received It
    If your tracking notification says items DELIVERED but you have not received your package, then PLEASE...contact your local post office immediately and quote them your tracking number, have them investigate and you follow up as needed

    Lost or Stolen Parcel
    Once packages have shipped and or delivered, See My Curls is not liable for stolen or missing packages. Please remember to have your packages shipped to a safe and secure location or have it delivered to a PO Box.
