    Cancellations
    We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase as after that your order may have already been processed and shipped.

    Processing Time for Orders
    Within 2-4 business days but as of July 1st, 2026 we will begin our new business model which will set it to 8 business days.

    Our Small-Batch Monthly Drops

    At See My Curls®, we have always been dedicated to small-batch production to ensure premium quality. As of July 1st 2026, to bring more structure to our artisan process and reduce environmental waste, we fulfill all orders via a Monthly Drop system.

    Instead of shipping continuously, we group our hand-formulated products and accessories into one dedicated, hyper-fresh production and shipping cycle each month.

    The Monthly Drop Cycle:

    • Shop 24/7: Our online store is always open. You can lock in your order at any time throughout the month.

    • The Drop Cut-Off (The 7th): To make it into the current month's drop, your order must be placed by midnight on the 7th of the month.

    • Fresh Formulation: Once the cut-off passes, we hand-craft and pour all formulations together in our signature small batches.

    • Dispatch Day (The 15th): All orders for the monthly drop are securely packaged and shipped together on or before the 15th of the month.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    What if I order after the 7th of the month? If you place an order on or after the 8th, your items will automatically be securely locked into the following month's scheduled drop.

    Can I order accessories (combs, scrunchies) anytime? Yes! However, to minimize our carbon footprint and packaging waste, if you purchase accessories alongside a hair or skin formulation, your entire order will be bundled and shipped together in our monthly dispatch on the 15th.

    When will I get my tracking number? The exact moment your order is packaged and handed over to the courier (on or before the 15th), an automated tracking link will be emailed straight to your inbox.

     

    SHIPPING

    Shipping Address (PLEASE double check!)
    PLEASE ensure your shipping address is correct as that will be the shipping address used to ship your parcel. Please be aware that See My Curls will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided. If you are unsure which address you provided when you placed your order, please check your order of confirmation and by all means, contact us asap to make amendments. PLEASE note that once your parcel has been dispatched/shipped we are UNABLE to make any changes. The good news is that, you can track your parcel and contact your local post office (in your country or state) and provide your tracking ID and arrange for the delivery of your parcel. Thank you for your cooperation.

    Australia (nationwide). Flat standard shipping rate $11.95 (2-8 business days but 3 additional days to SA, WA, TAS and remote locations). Express shipping starts at $18.95 (1-4 business days but 3 additional days to SA, WA, TAS and remote locations). Spend $120+AUD and get FREE SHIPPING (excludes other offers, discounts & express shipping) enter "FREE SHIP" at checkout.

    We are currently NOT shipping overseas but feel free to contact us for shipping quote before we add your country to our list.

    Order Tracking Number
    ALL orders will have a tracking number so you can track the journey of your parcel. You can also follow the link to 'TRACK YOUR ORDER'.

    My Tracking Has Been Delivered but I haven't Received It
    If your tracking notification says items DELIVERED but you have not received your package, then PLEASE...contact your local post office immediately and quote them your tracking number, have them investigate and you follow up as needed

    Lost or Stolen Parcel
    Once packages have shipped and or delivered, See My Curls is not liable for stolen or missing packages. Please remember to have your packages shipped to a safe and secure location or have it delivered to a PO Box.
